Toz78 'Krokodil' rifle custom

This is my first truly customised firearm, several months went into the design, implementation and testing. The Baikal Toz78 is a bolt-action rimfire rifle made in Russia. Although a very sturdy, lightweight and accurate gun, it is cheap and customisation options for it are very rare. I wanted to put together an effective budget build for hunting but did not want to spend a lot on accessories, and took it as an opportunity to create a gun so ugly its a work of art!

Imagine it as something from a post-apocalyptic game like STALKER, Fallout or Borderlands. It was the end of the world for the rabbits and hares it has since brought to my table, at the very least. Technical specs and construction notes are posted here: [link] I did all the painting, part of the stock design, all the assembly, sewed the attached accessories pouch, made the cheek rest, modified and attached the sling, tested it for accuracy and put it to work. The scope, mounts and rifle itself are of course manufactured, while a woodworker named Matt turned my stock design into a reality.

I am a licensed shooter and this is a working firearm, not a toy.
